How to connect your MyChart account or patient portal.

As shown in this video, linking your patient portal is easy. 

  1. Add your doctor and click "Add Portal"

  2. Select the office location you visit

  3. Enter your portal username and password

That's it!

It may take a few minutes to pull your information, then we will check each night for new data.
